Cancellation & Return Policy

Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their order within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • be in its original condition

  • be unworn and unused

  • have all tags attached

  • be in its original packaging

A proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.

Items returned without a prior return request may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The direct costs of returning the goods are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. damaged or incorrectly delivered items).

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.

If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from returns:

  • worn or used items

  • personalized or custom-made products

  • gift cards

  • sealed hygiene products or sealed face coverings once the seal has been removed after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
