1. What products do you offer?
Our products combine high-quality craftsmanship with a clean and timeless style. Many of our garments originate from Dagestan and are carefully selected or handmade, with a strong focus on quality, comfort, and attention to detail.
2. How does the ordering process work?
Select your desired product, add it to the shopping cart, and conveniently complete your order at checkout.
3. How long does shipping take?
- Germany: 2–4 business days
- Europe: up to 1 week or longer
- Outside Europe: up to 20 days or longer
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping provider and destination country. For orders outside Europe, customs and import fees may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer.
4. Returns & Cancellation
Customers within the European Union have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
The item must be returned unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags.
The direct costs of the return are borne by the buyer, unless there is an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrectly delivered items).
